The CIDTL program at MET is as much about self-awareness as it is about teaching-learning pedagogy for 3.0 learners. A journey into self helps one to become self-aware and thus makes us more receptive and aware of people around us. Through inventories of Multiple Intelligence and Learning Styles along with deep analysis of theories of learning, the participants are already on the path of self-analysis and ready to use their knowledge in the real world. Ms. Shubadra already has started the process by relating Kolb’s learning style to the theories the group had already learnt in earlier sessions.

Hi. I have already started using some of the theories in my lessons.
ReplyDeleteThe group work on making charts was a good one.the interactions was helpful in gaining on multiple intelligences .
ReplyDeleteWe as a group presented the different learning theories and understood better by observing each groups presentation. Was very new to many of the theories. So enjoyed learning the newer ones.
