Greetings!
The first session began with the learners going
through the research paper by UNESCO on need of teacher training. It focused on 10 key points. Each learner was assigned 1 key point to read and reflect;
thereafter they sat in small groups and discussed each key point in detail.
This was followed by group presentations. We summarized the session with an
interesting formative assessment in a form of graphic organizer.
Teacher training and teacher upgradation is important

ReplyDeleteTeachers must enrole themselves for some teaching courses so they can upgrade their teaching and learning processes
ReplyDeleteTeaching is an act of nation building..so every teacher needs passion to explore according to the need of the time... if not we are creating a generation who may not be able to find their space in this digital world....
